WATSONIANS/DUMFRIES players will be smiling this morning – and rightly so – after they clinched the Women’s Premier League title on Sunday with an eighth win out of eight games.
The flawless league campaign is very impressive while, also on Sunday, Grange under-13s won ECB Vitality Cup Finals Day at Doo’cot Park in Perth, and M8 Driving Ferguslie became the final side to reach the Scottish Cup last four.
On Saturday, Eastern Premier League (Men) leaders Heriot’s and Western Premiership One (Men) leaders Elston Clydesdale both won again.
